Currently working as a Specialist in Medical electronics I have developed fundamental knowledge of EU-MDRs, CEP/CERs, PMSP/PMSR, PSUR, RMAs/RMRs & ISOs for Medical device Regulation. I am equipped with Soft Skills, Technical Skills, and Instrument Operational Skills by working in various Relevant areas or Domains.
I am always eager to develop new skill sets and enhance my current skill sets.
Teaching Experience
I have some experience in Teaching and Mentoring students at Indian Institute of Technology – Bombay, (Mumbai, India.) during Teaching Assistantship. Where I served as a Teaching Assistant for Bioinformatics for 2 semesters.
I was employed as a visiting faculty of IMS Ghaziabad, where I taught Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biomembrane and Bioenergetics, Enzymes and Enzyme Technology to the Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.
I take a friendly approach to teaching, believing that my students are simply equals who have yet to gain the knowledge I can impart to them. I find this approach helps to break traditional “them” and “us” type barriers between students and faculties.

Organic, inorganic and nanocomposites nanoparticles synthesis and characterization, Nano-plasmonic nanomaterial development and characterization for biological application in terms of diagnosis and therapy for various disease like cancer.
Particle-size, polydispersity-index, and zeta-potential characterization. Physical, and compositional analysis of nanoparticles or nanomaterials by various technique like SDS-PAGE, HPLC, immunoblotting, FACS, TG-DTA, X-RD, XPS, ICP-AES, ICP-MS FT-IR, LRS-RAMAN, TEM, SEM, Cryo-SEM, MALDI and etc.

Adsorption/encapsulation efficiency, in-vitro release profile, pH, Thermal and reaction incubation stability studies.
Functional analysis of nanoparticles or nanomaterials by various technique like SDS-PAGE, HPLC, immunoblotting, FACS, ICP-AES, ICP-MS and etc.
Cell culturing and characterization for Biocompatibility or cell viability studies and Internalization studies of Nano formulation. Photothermal cancer cell ablation efficacy study of plasmonic Nanoparticles.

In-vivo characterization:
Nanoformulation efficacy, pharmacokinetics, Biological distribution, renal clearance, toxicity analysis, Photothermal cancer mass ablation studies, and Bioluminiscence studies in 4T1 mice model system.

Enzyme or Protein Purification & characterization:
Bacterial cells culturing and harvesting, different precipitation technique for enzyme and protein, isolation by various chromatographic technique and gel technique. Kinetic studies with Oximeter and spectrophotometer. Enzyme assay by screening of industrially important enzymes from microbial cultures; Plate assay, crude enzyme activity, specific activity measurement.

Bioinformatics Analysis
Sequence analysis by DNASTAR lagergene software; BLAST; Multiple alignment (ClustalW); Phylogenetic tree construction (PHYLIP,
MEGA, UPGMA, etc.); Evolutionary distance calculations.

Two year operational and characterizing experience of different nanomaterials by utilizing TEM (CM200 Philips) at Indian Institute of Technology-Bombay, Mumbai, India. (From 11th Feb, 2015 to 1st March 2017).
